Hi, I have a question related the possibility to change font sizes as given in Therion wiki with a metapost-code. What have I done? In config-file I have written: code metapost def fonts_setup (expr t,s,m,l,h) = write "\def\thstationname{\size[4]}" to "mptexpre.tex"; write EOF to "mptexpre.tex"; enddef; initialize(Scale); endcode But I get this error: >> data.mp >> data.mpx ! Unable to make mpx file. l.6931 p_label(btex \thlabel\thnormalsize \vbox{\halign{\hfil#\hfil\cr\thfb\... The two files given above are one of your source files and an auxiliary file I need to read to find out what your btex..etex blocks mean. If you don't know why I had trouble, try running it manually through MPtoTeX, TeX, and DVItoMP Then I have searched for that file called "mptexpre.tex" But I havn`t found it. What is wrong? Greetings and best eastern for you all! Markus PS. I use the Windows Installation 5.3.16 on win2010

So I have most of the data for two caves in Therion. I have been able to produce centreline plots, pdf plan/profile and lox model of both caves separately and in relation to each other. They are linked by UTM entrance coordinates. I tried to make a KML file and got the error message: georeferenced -- unable to export KML file The fixed points is in the surveys (.th file with distance, compass, cline data) that contain the respective entrances. I wrote one thconfig file : encoding utf-8 source GloryRes.th layout GloryOle debug station-names scale 1 1000 grid bottom grid-origin 649402 5586275 762 m grid-size 10 10 10 m grid-coords border legend on endlayout export map -fmt xvi -layout GloryOle -o GloryOle.xvi export map -output plan.pdf -layout GloryOle export map -output profile.pdf -projection [elevation 30] -layout GloryOle export model -output GloryRes.lox export model -output GloryRes.kml Any help to make a KML file is appreciated. Thanks Rob Countess

Therion & Walls

Further to Robert Countess's post, with which I cannot help, I just continue to wonder at why Mac's are deemed to be so 'easy to use'. Does anyone (Footleg?) have a converter which will take Walls data & import it into a format acceptable to Therion? I have some, though by no means as much as Robert. To open an existing file start Terminal and type xtherion followed by the filename you wish to open. You may drag the filename from a Finder window.
