[Therion] Centerline and splay shots in GIS shape file

(I answer here in my original thread to keep the history)

To be clear, I still think the splay shots should be exported to the GIS
shapefile. I just think they should get their own value "splay-shot" under
_TYPE (for reference, see the attached picture in my original message).
