[Therion] Centerline and splay shots in GIS shape file

Hi Ola,

is there a specific need to show splay shots in associated scraps? We have
not yet needed it in PDF maps. Shots are basically part of 3D model SHP
export (export model -o cave.shp), where all necessary attributes are
associated with it (splay, surface, duplicate, approximate).
