[Therion] survey-level

XVI export used minimal of possible survey level, as I see. Therion 
exports only station numbers if you select single sub-survey of cave

I need reverse effect:

unselect cave
select part1.part2.part3.cave

export map -o 1.xvi -layout-survey-level all
=====

But in XVI I had only station numbers, not 
number at part1.part2.part3.cave. And after insert "point station" in th2 I 
should add @part1.part2.part3.cave into text editor

It's not a big problem, but recently I discover "survey-level" and had a 
hope :)
