Yes - create loch/locale/es/loch.po. You can copy one of the other loch.po files, change all the "msgstr" lines to be in Spanish, and amend the metadata at the top. There are various tools (e.g. poedit) which are specifically written for working with these files, but you can just use a text editor. Cheers, Olly
Thanks Olly. I have already translated it. Now, What do have I do. Wait for a new compilation, or I can install it directly in the program directory to run. Regards, Evaristo. El 10/03/2018 a las 22:39, Olly Betts escribió:

By publishing it, Olly (or I) can add it to the Debian version so it's out there for those users very soon. For other users, they have to wait until there is a new upstream release including it. Wookey -- Principal hats: Linaro, Debian, Wookware, ARM http://wookware.org/

If you have GNU gettext install, then I think you just need to run the "msgfmt" program to generate a .mo file and then copy it to the appropriate place (in this case, es/loch.mo alongside bg/loch.mo, etc). I've attached a one-off conversion. BTW, I think there's a typo here ("Aarchivo"): # C:/Projects/MSVCProjects/loch/lxGUI.cxx:581 #: lxGUI.cxx:578 msgid "" "All supported files (*.lox;*.plt;*.3d)|*.lox;*.plt;*.3d|Loch files (*.lox)|*." "lox|Compass PLT files (*.plt)|*.plt|Survex 3D files (*.3d)|*.3d" msgstr "" "Tosos los archivos admitidos (*.lox;*.plt;*.3d)|*.lox;*.plt;*.3d|Loch " "Archivos (*.lox)|*.lox| Aarchivo Compass PLT (*.plt)|*.plt| Archivo Survex 3D " "(*.3d)|*.3d" Cheers, Olly

Hi, thank you Evaristo for the updates. The best way to include your changes into Therion is to create a pull request (https://help.github.com/articles/about-pull-requests/) for the Therion repository on Github (https://github.com/therion/therion/). Stacho or I can then merge it; after that the Windows installer is updated automatically in a few minutes. I already incorporated this set of changes (Olly's typo fix included). Best regards, Martin
Thanks to all. I have dowloaded the new compilation and I am now testing the new Spanish Loch. I have found new a tipos. Now that I know how pull a request in Github, I will update the tipos and send a new version next days. Best regards, Evaristo El 11/03/2018 a las 8:43, Martin Budaj escribió:

Hi, After testing I have found a few typos, but also another problem. There are menus and configuration options that are not translated. I have searched them in "loch.po" file, and they do not appear, that's why I have not been able to translate them. If you open the spanish Loch version, and play with the program you can look everything that is still in English. Best regards, Evaristo.
