Hello everyone, I recently started using Therion and I noticed that the Italian translation has some typos and it was probably not updated for quite a while. I updated the /thlang/texts.txt file, is there a way to get permissions to push it with git? Or else can I just send the updated file to anybody so it can maybe be included in the next update? Thank you! Best regards, Francesco Bellamoli

I believe you should fork Therion's github project, create a branch in your fork just for these updates, commit your changes there and them make a push request to Therion original repository. Regards, Rodrigo
Thank you!

That is a good way to go, it's what i always do. You can fork it via githubs website and then clone that locally. When you create and push your branch to _your_ repo, github offers an option at your forks main site to create such a pull request in the therion repo. You can just send it here and someone will sort it out. You should really also translate loch too, which needs a new loch/locales/it/loch.po file. The easiest way to create that is run poedit (you need the poedit package installed) and click on 'create new translation', load up another (e.g the english one) and ask to create 'italian'. Then fill in the translations and save. and send us the resulting loch.po file. You can do all this by hand but the tool makes it easier unless you are familiar with the process. Alright, I just submitted a pull request on GitHub as Rodrigo and Benedikt suggested. I updated the Italian translation for Therion and created one for Loch (using poedit, thanks Wookey!). Please be patient, I tinkered with git before but I never actually made a contribution to a project, so I hope I did everything right! If there are other Italian users on the list, please let me know if you notice any mistakes, I'll sort them out. I realized I did not update xTherion Italian translation. I edited /xtherion/lang/xtexts.txt, added the commit, removed the old pull request and submitted a new one. Now all Italian translations should be complete (I think). Bests, Francesco Bellamoli Il giorno gio 17 dic 2020 alle ore 23:31 Fra <ironcyborg@gmail.com> ha scritto:
