OK, after studying TclTk manuals a little bit, i18n is already there - no additional packages are needed. All I need to do is to replace each string with [mc <original string>] and define .msg files for each language.
With your list of translated strings, it can be done very fast. I will try to do it before weekend starts.
Could you send me then development snapshot? I will create Czech translation. L.
