I just submitted a pull request for HomeBrew with the new therion formula. For the ones that can not wait you can also clone my git repository - Install HomeBrew - cd /usr/local - git remote add chris https://github.com/un1x86/homebrew - git pull chris therion - git checkout therion - brew install therion should do the trick. You still need to install MacTex beforehand though. I tested it on Mavericks. As per HomeBrew rules they all have to sit in their own subdirectory and just link to binaries to /usr/bin.
