I just submitted a pull request for HomeBrew with the new therion formula. For the ones that can not wait you can also clone my git repository

- Install HomeBrew
- cd /usr/local
- git remote add chris https://github.com/un1x86/homebrew
- git pull chris therion
- git checkout therion
- brew install therion 

should do the trick. You still need to install MacTex beforehand though.

I tested it on Mavericks.

Or wait until it has been pushed into the normal HomeBrew branch.

As per HomeBrew rules they all have to sit in their own subdirectory and just link to binaries to /usr/bin.
