[Therion] macOS installation

Hello,
   if you have transferred the installation from a MAC X86, you must first
reinstall brew by removing the folder from /usr/local/opt and creating one
in /opt/homebrew.
You can find instructions on the homebrew website.
Then, installing therion via brew also works in --head mode.
