[Therion] macOS installation

Greetings.

I've been trying to reinstall Therion on a new M-series macbook on the
newest OS (Tahoe) but have run into several 'dead ends'.

(1) First I tried the homebrew method, but I ran into the same issue as
several others. The whole homebrew route seems to be broken currently.

(2) I tried to compile it from source, but it gets stuck while trying to
compile Loch with the following error:

Does anyone know of a solution, how to tackle any of these problems by
