[Therion] Formats for GIS and bbox error

Okay so it looks like it might be my lack of knowledge, that is good to
know, I can keep trying.

I have to say I do find the co-ordinate system a little confusing in
QGIS, so that is probably it, but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong
