[Therion] WG: Wanted: Flag to exclude certain legs from loop closure algorithm

Hello Ben,
Thanks for the hint to use "SD" but I need some more help with that.

For example, I want *only* leg from WGB27 to WGB28 to exclude from modification by Therion's loop closure algorithms.
What statements do I need to insert at what places to ensure that?
