[Therion] Full Date to PDF Map

I found the list of tokens in the thbook you mentioned.
I could modify the date using the following code:

code tex-map
      \topodate{19th Oct 2017}
endcode

It would be nice to pull this from the survey data. But this is just as
good really. Thanks!
