[Therion] linux and distoX

topolinux code is rather old and was written for distox v.1
bt connection might work, but the data protocol is only v.1

calibration packets are unchanged in v.2,
but calibration coeffs have three more numbers for the non-linear algo.

the calibration algo is the linear one only.
