[Therion] A couple of Therion updates: KML and line-rope

Thanks Martin, that's great. Let me know when Budaj moves the source from
"test" to the "therion" repo so I can push my recent changes.

Can you ask him how he would like to share the repo in case me or someone
else wants to
make changes?
If I make a fork of the repo the changes will have to be approved and
merged by him periodically, which is the better way if he has the time :)
Or if he gives me access I can work directly with the repo.

If it is not too much trouble, can you ask Budaj what was used for building
the Windows installer and where is the source? The people here that use
Therion (not that many unfortunately) work on Windows.

Vladimir
