[Therion] Drawing for generating outputs at multiple different scales

Thanks Martin, I had already played with basescale, but of course it just
shrinks the size of everything so it is smaller and gets too small to be
practical. I like the approach Bruce took in his templates which hides
symbols at larger scales.

So much still to learn!
