[Therion] Remove Altitudes from legend

Is it possible to set map-fg to altitude and at the same time easily remove
the altitude colour bar from the map header?

 

I would like to colour by altitude, but suppress this 



The reason is that in some cases it makes the map size too big for a
convenient standard paper size.
