[Therion] KML model in Montenegro

I have been trying to create a model of an area on Montenegro. This area uses a local map system VGI which I thought was EPSG:3908

false easting +6500000
false northing 0.0

When I use these in a gps (user grid etc) they produce the correct VGI coordinate to match the maps.

I successfully produce a kml file but all the caves are about 400 east of where they should be. 

Is EPSG:3908 useable in Therion? 

A second little point, that I may have seen somewhere and now lost.
How do you mark an entrance to show up as a point on a kml file
I have used this for the lox output
