[Therion] Declination and the cs command

I wasn't certain of the correct terms to use either, but I found this
on the British Ordnance Survey website:

"The horizontal angular difference between True North and Magnetic
North is called MAGNETIC VARIATION or DECLINATION. The horizontal
angular difference between Grid North and Magnetic North is called
GRID MAGNETIC ANGLE."
