Unfortunatelly, what you are asking for are features, that are not yet
implemented into therion.

Both things do not work at the moment.

Neither passage height adjustment at scrap joins, nor usage of elevation
scraps for reconstruction of 3D model of the cave. It has nothing to do
with DXF export.

New 3D generation algorithm with these features is on the way, but it will
definitely take some time, until it will be implemented.

To generate your 3D model correctly now, you really need just one scrap.
But you do not need to redraw whole cave again. You can export map as th2
file (with adjusted scraps) - delete all scrap/endscrap commands between
and use this huge scrap for model generation.
