I am not sure what you are going to write it in. However, in case it is
any use I have written a converter, and file creator for pockettopo in
python, which also takes writes in other information that is not stored
by pockettopo. It might be possible to write a module to read the file
and use the rest as is?

This will also output to survex, but Olly has said that survex
understanding splays with - as the to station is very close to so
awaiting that.

If you send me some output files, I may even find chance to have a look
