[Therion] Point Depth

There is no such symbol right now. You can use point altitude for this
purpose and set up a grid origin to the altitude of cave entrance. But it
will not generate number with line above. It is no problem to redefine it -
but one question remains.

Would it be better to have both - point altitude and point depth or just
point altitude with some kind of "depth" rendering mode is enough?
In other words, have you ever seen a map, where both "depth from the
entrance" and "altitude above sea level" are rendered with different
symbols?
