[Therion] 3D on iPad (reposted from Survex mailing list)

Playing with VTK recently, I have found, that there is a KiwiViewer
application running on both Android and iOS (should be available from
Google Play and App Store).

Simple exporting 3D model from loch to VTK format and loading it on my
Android phone seems to work fine.

There is some file size limitation (64k points), but for smaller caves it
seems to work. Loch currently does not export centreline and surface into
VTK file format, but it should not be too complicated to add it.
