I have noticed that in the last couple of years the pdf outputs have become
much more tolerant of minor inconsistencies in scrap files. Loch files to a
lesser extent. Kml files are still quite fussy though.

Like Andrew, I found that incorrect wall orientation causes them to be
omitted (or 'inside out' around pillars.  There are others that I have not
solved yet...
