This has already been discussed with Beat and fixed in beta version of
PocketTopo. I am not sure if he wishes to make beta versions publicly
available, perhaps you could ask him to send you the link?

Please note that therion 5.2.9 does not recognize connecting line
between station and cross section (if data is exported from pockettopo
beta); this will be fixed in 5.2.10.
