[Therion] Cave Sketches don't offset

Thanks for following up on the sketch offset issue Stacho.

Have another issue that may be related, or it may be more to do with my post
"Preview from other map-levels"

I have, among others, three map definitions

  map PreviewBulmerMap
   Late08PlanMap at Bulmer
   preview above BeautifulBulmerPlanMap at Bulmer
  endmap

  map BeautifulBulmerPreviewLate08PlanMap \
  -title "Bulmer Cave<br>The Most Beautiful Bulmer<br>Plan View"  \
  -projection plan
    BeautifulBulmerPlanMap at Bulmer   #map defined in TMBPIB.th via
#BulmerINDEX.th    
    preview below Late08PlanMap at Bulmer
    GridPlan at Bulmer
  endmap

  map Late08OffsetPreviewBulmerPlanMap \
  -title "Bulmer Cave<br>Late 08<br>Plan View" \
  -projection plan
    PreviewBulmerMap  [200 000 m] none
  endmap

Then in my thconfig file I select these maps for exporting...

select BeautifulBulmerPreviewLate08PlanMap
select Late08OffsetPreviewBulmerPlanMap

and when I export as a map the first selection 'prints' with the passage
previewed below as expected, but the second selection 'prints' without the
passage previewed above.  It is offset correctly however.

Map PreviewBulmerMap 'prints' correctly however provided it is not offset.
What may happen when both maps are selected and one is offset is that the
preview above is superimposed on the map that is not previewed, although
there is no preview above layer in the pdf produced??
