Yes, I think I might have had the same issue.
The Therion book pg 80-81 provides an alternative, and possibly an
explanation.  It may be saying that if there is more than one station you
must define the entrance in the survey.

Try defining your survey like this;

survey NaduelRD21_2008 -title "Naduel RD21" -entrance RD21

and leave all other lines alone.

I tried the export command below with a system containing many entrances 
(flagged with "station xxx entrance" in the different surveys) and all I 
can get is a completely empty file !
Am I missing something or is that a bug?

I included the files with a simple cave alone which is normally included 
in the larger system.
I am running therion 5.2.1 on windows.
