This could be a problem - I have tried the AlphaTk editor and it uses developer version 5 of Tcl/Tk.

I simply removed the AlphaTk application and reinstaled the latest Aqua Tcl again. And repaired permisions by Disk Utility. There should be much more inteligent way how to use both applications together, but I'm not an ..nix guru :(

As I understood there are two versions of instalator -- one installs only Tcl/Tk and second Tcl/Tk + many other libraries - "bateries". The second one installs the libraries for therion too.
