After doing all translations available at the texts-xx.txt file as per Therion Book instructions I see that only the texts used on the actual maps are translated. But not xTherion's interface.

Is there some way to also translate xTherion's interface?

There's also loch/locale/ for loch (which uses the standard PO format for translations).
