File and folder names in cyrillic
Hi Is there a way to use Cyrillic characters in folder and file names? Maybe it is a setting, which can be configured, but therion.exe doesn't seem to handle them. "therion.exe: error -- can't open file for input -- Светата РІРѕРґР°/Somecave.th" The thconfig file itself shows the path properly and is encoded in UTF8. It seems you need to tweak around your windows system locale settings. Usually it is done via control panel item "Language" -> Change date, time or number formats -> Location Tab, select Bulgaria there. I hope it will help.
Thanks for the advice. I just checked the Locale to make sure, but it is set to Bulgaria. I doubt that setting to US or something else will help either. Hello Filenames on Windows is 8-bit encoded but Therion assumes a filesystem has UTF-8 encoded filenames (as on Linux it is). On Windows for proper results the Therion should internally convert filenames to 8-bit codepage with default locale. 04.05.2015 17:06, vladimirg@mail.bg пишет:

Thanks for the info. I doubt that I will be able to fix it and recompile Therion myself, so I guess I'll use latin only for the moment Probably it is related not only to the filenames, becase I see such characters distorted also in the therion compile log.
