Is there a way to use Cyrillic characters in folder and file names? Maybe it is a setting, which can be configured, but therion.exe doesn't seem to handle them.

It seems you need to tweak around your windows system locale settings. Usually it is done via control panel item "Language" -> Change date, time or number formats -> Location Tab, select Bulgaria there. I hope it will help.
