3D export from ParaView to MeshLab - data with coordinates
It is solution of thickheaded man, not exactly I want to be. :) Paraview: 1. Open VTK file exported from Loch 2. use Filter Calculator: (coordsX-XXX000)*iHat+(coordsY-YYYY000)*jHat+coordsZ*kHat Replace XXX000 and YYYY000 with your big part of X and Y coordinates Press Apply 3. Save data VTK - ASCII 4. In plain text editor: Replace part (only numbers!!!): with part: 5. Open in ParaView and Export Scene as .x3d 6. Open file in MeshLab 7. Filters -> Quality Measure and Computations -> Compute Geometric Measures Result: Mesh Bounding Box Size 3.968994 5.500000 1.700012 Mesh Bounding Box Diag 6.992350 Mesh Volume is 13.290228 Mesh Surface is 55.864479 Thin shell barycenter 939.219910 1057.403076 927.209839 Center of Mass is 939.140137 1057.342285 927.172058 Inertia Tensor is : | 729.754761 -248.443680 -105.337669 | | -248.443680 500.675079 -451.711975 | | -105.337669 -451.711975 323.904358 | Principal axes are : | -0.276003 -0.636824 -0.719915 | | -0.770395 -0.301299 0.561881 | | 0.574729 -0.709700 0.407447 | axis momenta are : | -117.115318 710.396851 961.000488 |
