Hi, I´m new to therion and cannot solve this problem: when I try to mark station points as fixed (mark fixed) no special symbols are shown in the map or in legend (still there is the symbol for "temporary station"). Can anyone mail me an example file how it should work? Thanks Wolfgang Zillig
Hi, I already solfed my problem! Thanks Wolfgang Zillig

Perhaps tell the rest of us, so we won't make it? Wookey -- Aleph One Ltd, Bottisham, CAMBRIDGE, CB5 9BA, UK Tel +44 (0) 1223 811679 work: http://www.aleph1.co.uk/ play: http://www.chaos.org.uk/~wookey/
Hi all, here a loger description of my problem und the solution: First I tried to add "mark fixed" within the centreline command as mentioned in the Handbook on page 13 and 14. But this did not result in different Symbols in the map. Afterwards I found out that it is possibile to mark the stations within the point command (in map editor). But when I tried this first I added a non complete command at another point symbol and so I always got error messages and I thought its a therion problem. It needed some time until I realised that the error message links to an other line number. Then I realised my mistakes. in short: point x y station -mark fixed/painted -> this works But I have another question: are there other (known) therion users from Germany? Best regards Wolfgang Zillig

You are right, this is not natural arrangement. It would be better, if station subtypes would be determined from centerline, if -subtype is not exactly specified in point command. This should not be a big problem to implement.

There are none in the mailing list. Regards, S.

I think it´s not a big problem to mark each station within the map editor. I was worried about why this command is within centreline and why output did not change. But I don´t know how it should be possibile to mark each station in centreline when there are different types of stations ond to keep it readable. Wolfgang Zillig

Well, it is not correctly written in thbook. We will fix it.

Oooops, you are right. Now I see, that it is not possible to mark stations in one centerline different ways. I will think about it a little bit... Regards, S.
