Years ago Martin S sent me some really nice robust ones.
It was „printed“ on film in imagesetter machine (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imagesetter). Then laminated by thermal lamination films. You may find working imagesetters in companies which are doing silk-screen printing or screen printing. m.s.
