According to your log file it seems that the directory where therion should copy the temporary files does not exist. You should use export map -o dir/file instead of export map -o -dir/file unless the directory name is really '-dir'.

There are also some warnings in metapost log file like: Warning: the turningnumber algorithms do not agree. The current computed value is 1, but the 'connect-the-dots' algorithm returned 0
