[Therion] 2D output header title when therion can't decidewhich one to use

I have resolved this one now. Version 5.3 made the difference. Sample code has been uploaded here http://therion.speleo.sk/wiki/doku.php?id=tex&s=override (at the bottom of the page) With it you can override the output map title either always or only when Therion can not determine what the title should be.
