Well, it looks like a bug. Each entrance station should be considered as a separate cave, if it is not in some survey with specified entrance. I will check it. Thanks, S. 2008/10/23 Xavier Pennec <Xavier.Pennec@sophia.inria.fr>:
Thanks Bruce, this is working with your syntax.
I did not captured that specifying "-entrance RD21" as an option to the survey was actually different from specifying "station RD21 entrance" within the survey, which is what I did in all my surveys (and what was working to get the entrance list using survex tools if I remember well).
If this difference between the two is intentional, thenit would be very useful to have an explanation added somewhere in the Therion book.

Xavier Yes, I think I might have had the same issue. The Therion book pg 80-81 provides an alternative, and possibly an explanation. It may be saying that if there is more than one station you must define the entrance in the survey.
Try defining your survey like this;
survey NaduelRD21_2008 -title "Naduel RD21" -entrance RD21
and leave all other lines alone. Bruce PS: The html output file is quite nice if you have a lot of caves.

I tried the export command below with a system containing many entrances (flagged with "station xxx entrance" in the different surveys) and all I can get is a completely empty file ! Am I missing something or is that a bug?
I included the files with a simple cave alone which is normally included in the larger system. I am running therion 5.2.1 on windows.
