I have now turned up my TeX memory to 2000000 and it all processes
fine.
When turning up my memory I had to run fmtutil --all while
in /usr/share/texmf/web2c/
To update the memory charge
main_memory = 1000000
in /usr/share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf
