[Therion] Distorted scrap

Hi We're working on an extended elevation of a large system (using therion 5.2). One particular scrap appears distorted away from its centreline if and only if the adjacent scrap (which looks fine) is included, and we don't understand why. I'm attaching the relevant files. Any ideas? Cheers, Hilary
