Hi and thank you for your replys. This scrap is from the first cave survey I did and I had not realised the importance of braking them up into multiple smaller scraps at the time. The high point density is how the scrap came from TopoDroid, I had started to manually try to reduce the density but was finding it to be a lot of work. I will certainly try the "Convert to curve" option to help with that. As for splitting the scrap into multiple scraps I do not yet know how to do that. I find that Therion has a pretty steep learning curve, but it is does seem to be starting to flatten out. I few more attempts and I will be proficient enough to start using it productivly. In the example file you submitted, I would be concerned about the point density and the size of the file (8800 lines). And all in one scrap! Those factors will make it difficult to work with in Therion, especially if you need to string together a number of files like this to map a cave or caves.
THorir,
1. try to make shorter scraps. There is no problem if you’ll create many of short scraps. 2. the density of line points is very high. Try to use Edit line > Convert to curve command to change polylines to bezier curves. 3. you have there a scrap without wall, so the objects of that scrap are not visible.
