[Therion] Map header Catalonian translation and Spanish update

I have translate the Therion Map Header to a new language: Catalonian; using the "ca" abbreviation. And also updated the Spanish translation for lasts terminology incorporations. Can someone put the new "texts.txt" file in the Github? So it can be incorporated into the next compilation. Thanks, Evaristo Quiroga.
