What sort of 'not work'? The gui doesn't start? You can't run therion from the command line? Loch/therion-viewer doesn't work?
xtherion fails with 'segmentation fault' message. therion and loch worked well Maybe screenshot from my previous message helps you?
It would also be good to file a bug on launchpad using the bug-reporting tool as that will collect some details about your machine which will help.

Therion runs fine on my work machine, which is Ubuntu Precise (12.04)
I recompiled Therion 5.3.10 and crashes disappeared. Therion from the package works with wish8.4 but I use libvtk8.5. Perhaps it affected? -- WBR, Vasily
