development Therion version (<i><a

with windows compilation. <br>

In the github, I see the thlang and xtherion/lang don't have
changed. <br>

Two weeks ago I send this messages with the updated spanish
translation of the texts.txt and xtexts.txt, and I had asked if
someone can compile a new windows version to incorporate the new
spanish translation.<br>
