<p dir="ltr">Page 17 of the Therion hook states that station <station name><br>
Under the context survey should be used as the entrance identifier for a cave to be used in cave-list export.</p>
<p dir="ltr">However, this gives an error unknown command -- entrance</p>
<p dir="ltr">Now I can sort of get round it using <br>
Station 0 "" entrance<br>
 in the centerline, but this does not define a cave so the list is a bit weird. Am I missing something?</p>
