[Therion] Therion runtime cmd window (+ th2 display) lag on compile with Windows 11

Just checked this on Mapiah 0.3.1 with Windows 11.

Pleased to report there is NO DELAY, and it seems to be at least as fast as
XTherion.

A bit soon to be sure, but Mapiah may well become my Therion compiler of
choice.

Never-the-less, it still reports an unhandled error regardless of whether
there is an unhandled error producing output or not.  Preferable to
XTherion’s 6 s delay though!

I’ll file a bug report
