Most of it is already in Survex format. You just have to:
specify the * in front of commands,
switch the begin and end comands,
move the title to its own command
remove the centreline commands,
remove the extend commands (that is done in a separate config file with 
survex, using eleft and eright commands),
add a "cs out"
