[Therion] xTherion will not open JPG backgrounds

Possibly related to the jpg support on Windows, I discovered in the last
week that when using a jpg as a bitmap overlay for a surface mesh in
Therion to build a LOX file, the jpg is not rendered in the Loch viewer if
it was saved with the progressive encoding option checked in Gimp.
