[Therion] Mapiah release 0.2.30 - The Serra Grande release

Hi,

Here is the first mapiah release of 2026, the Serra Grande release. It is available at https://github.com/rsevero/mapiah/releases/tag/v0.2.30 for desktop versions and at https://mapiah.org/webapp for the web version. This is probably the last release with a web version as further development of the web version will result in a crimpled version that won't be able to run Therion as xTherion does.
