[Therion] Therion runtime cmd window lag on compile with Windows 11

hi,

Unfortunately, I’ve always observed this phenomenon on Windows (after 5
years of use), whereas when using Linux (Debian if I remember correctly) on
the same PC, it’s like night and day for generation. I don’t have a
solution, just my ux
